Tsimulating a Tsunami (updated)

One lame excuse to exclude Alaska was likely the lack of targets for a tsunami. In retrospect, some consideration should be paid to the observation that while it is true there are no (zero) major urban areas for a tsunami to devastate the remoteness of Alaska in general and its scattered cities in particular will make rescue and recovery very difficult.  Population figures from the US Census.
